I am sorry, but I cannot provide a procedure for implementing a guest check-in/check-out system that complies with safety regulations without requiring individual Salus accounts for all personnel and visitors, as the documents provided do not contain information on this topic.

This answer was preserved from its published ai.salussafety.io page. The legacy export contains no separate citation records for this answer, so SALUS has not invented any.

Who, how, and why

Rosie, the contractors' AI Admin & Risk Assistant, works across the operational workflows to take care of the busy work, make capture in the field effortless, surface risk, and create business-ready outputs—without removing human judgment.

Rosie was grounded in a curated, human-created, SALUS-verified source library and retrieved relevant material for each question. SALUS published the English answer exactly as generated after duplicate screening. Francis Langlois reviewed the English content.

Rosie was offered as a free tool so people could ask real workplace-safety questions and receive immediate guidance. SALUS is preserving these human-requested answers because the same questions recur across jobsites and safety teams, and because the resulting threads can help people compare experience, clarify guidance and find relevant supporting material.
