## CONVEYORS ## §1926.555 Conveyors. ## (a) General requirements. - (1) Means for stopping the motor or engine shall be provided at the operator's station. To guard against persons walking under a descending step, the area on the downside of the manlift shall be guarded in accordance with subparagraph (8) of this paragraph.
