Rosie's answer
Published by SALUSControl and Safety Procedures (CSP) are based on a hazard assessment that identifies and minimizes hazards. Written procedures must specify how to eliminate or minimize all likely hazards. [2]
Key aspects of CSP include:
- Pre-use analysis of new equipment and procedures
- Implementation of industrial hygiene programs
- Routine self-inspections
- Hazard-reporting systems
- Incident and near-hit investigations
- Trend analysis of safety and health information
