An attendant can monitor more than one space at a time if the duties for one space do not interfere with duties for another space. If an attendant's attention is focused on one space - during a rescue, for example - all other spaces that the attendant is monitoring must be evacuated or another attendant must take over those duties. Do not allow any employees to enter a confined space until it has been fully evaluated.
