# 1926.1430-TRAINING (cont.) ## Inspections and Tests (cont.) 1926.1431(h)(5)(ii)(D)-If the load rope is slack, the hoisting system must be inspected to ensure that all ropes are properly seated on drums and in sheaves. 1926.1431(j)(1)-At each jobsite, prior to hoisting employees on the personnel platform, and after any repair or modifi- cation, the platform and rigging must be proof tested to 125 percent of the platform's rated capacity.
